Beyond festivals, Del collaborates closely with Billy Brill and Seth Shomes to expand DWP Talent Services (DWPTS), the division specializing in casino and fair entertainment.
Under his leadership, DWPTS has secured high-profile bookings for premier casino venues such as Thunder Valley (Lincoln, CA), Agua Caliente (Palm Springs, CA), Spirit Mountain (Grand Ronde, OR), and Seneca Niagara (Niagara Falls, NY). A standout achievement includes the grand opening of The Venue at Thunder Valley in February 2023, featuring iconic performances by the Eagles, Bruno Mars, and Santana.
Expertise and Legacy
Del’s career spans over 22 years as a talent booker and includes roles such as Head of National Promotion at Elektra Entertainment. He was instrumental in launching the careers of artists like Radiohead, Dave Matthews Band, Coldplay, and Maroon 5. As a co-creator of legendary festivals like Rock On The Range and Carolina Rebellion, Del has consistently demonstrated his vision and impact in the live entertainment industry.
